IRS W-9 form with your legal name, business name, tax classification,
address, and taxpayer ID (SSN or EIN).
Sign subcontractor agreement
All Florida Plumbing Contractors blanket subcontractor agreement
outlining scope, safety, payment, and insurance requirements.
